Re: E92/E93 Coupe/Cab VRS Vented Bonnet (Limited Production)

Currently I'm running without it, I'm planning to try 2 things, first of which is using OEM E92 M3 Gas springs which are lighter and hopefully doesnt warp the CF. If it fails and proves to be too hard, I'll be fabricating rods

Hope it helps,
Cheers!

Wow just saw the pic of your car in your "stage 1 completed" thread, your front hood is so flushed! compared to yours, mine damn ugly man

Mine is currently on the OEM gas springs. Dunno if that is really the problem..

BTW, who installed the hood for you? Mike?

Re: E92/E93 Coupe/Cab VRS Vented Bonnet (Limited Production)

A bit OT, mine e64 VRS bonnet gap is 1cm. Thats the best result I can get coz apparently the VRS bonnet for 6er was manufactured a tad bit short. If I move any further front, the left and right side gaps unbalance. Sigh.....
