BMWSG Sepang Track Day Sat 7 May

Our next track day is here! I know the helmet crease lines on your faces have not faded, there's still Petronas fuel left in your fuel tank, and the sweat from your special Sepang underwear hasnt even dried yet, but there's no time to lose!!

This track day is reserved only for BMWSG members and their invited friends. Please check in regularly to be aware of the take-up rate and slots remaining. We do not allow other members of the public to participate.

Venue: Sepang International Circuit

Date/Time: 7 May 2011, Saturday, 9am-12pm

Max cars: 40 cars (for the 1st 40 paid slots)

Early bird cut-off date: 15 April 2011, 2359hrs

Early bird fee: 450rm or S$195

Regular rate: 500rm or S$215 (from Apr16 onwards)

Extra Driver (sharing car): 100rm or S$45

- Payment: Only prepayment is accepted, and confirmation of booking is only upon payment. Position on this list does not confirm participation over those that are lower down.There will be no payment at the venue itself, and no one will be accepted at the door. Please pay Sing dollars to my DBS Autosave account (063-008669-0), Holland Branch. Alternatively you may pass to me S$ or RM in person. My contact is 96199100. Please sms me your name, forum nick, car model and contact number when you transfer so that I can track your payment. If you are dropping off a cheque pls sms me for Payee Name.

- The safety brief will start at 845am sharp. Those who do not make this timing will have to stay back and attend the next one, possibly eating into the track time. This is to ensure that those who arrive early can go out in time and not be held back by latecomers.

- Convoy: The official BMWSG convoy will leave 2nd link Petronas at 515am. Please indicate on the convoy list below if you are joining this convoy. If you are joining your own group of friends for your own personal convoy please do not indicate here.

- Please read the safety brief and FAQ thread (http://www.bmw-sg.com/forums/track-s...q-newbies.html), and print out the indemnity form (http://www.bmw-sg.com/forums/attachm...ity-form_1.zip) and fill it up before registration on the day itself. Passengers will also need to fill out the indemnity forms.

- All spectators, photographers are welcome, free of charge. (But photographers must share pics okay!) Children below teenage years are not allowed at the pit walls and track.

I admit I've gotten a little confused with too many instructions and changes on the participation and refunds leading up to the track day. Sorry.
