More about R2D.

We use products from several brands and when combined together, they give fantastic results.

The most impressive ones in our arsenal has to be the Zymol products that we use in our luxury packages. We call them the SK2 of car grooming. You will really get the wet look, like water forming a layer on your paint. This is the kind of stuff that i used to do the 'hand job' as mentioned by phil. No machines, no applicators, just my hands...and a MF cloth.

The other products we use are a combination of Sonus and Klasse products, which gives you long lasting protection and yet able to give a wonderful shine.

Our premium wash packages includes spraying of the Zymol Field Glaze or Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze after the wash to further enhance the shine, and to protect a new layer of protection.

You are guaranteed quality because the person doing the grooming is the BOSS himself! And because we are the boss, we can choose to use high quality stuff, like the MICROFIBER drying towels and buffing cloths. We use only MF cloths, even those that we use to clean the door sills.

As a lead on from the previous post, some of you guys 'knowledgeable' in the science of car grooming will know that products shown in the previous post do not have full restoration properties.

R2D is currently using Sonus's SFX-1 and SFX-2 (seen in previous post) in tandem to achieve the restoration effects we want.

Pls note that R2D prides on our restoration abilities, and we use non-filler products. This means that we actually REMOVE the scratches and swirls rather than cover it up with sealant and waxes with filler ingredients to cover the imperfections. The BIG difference is that for filler products, you will see the imperfections coming back in a while, whilst with proper care, your car will remain in good condition after we remove the swirls and scratches.

We are also looking at other brands of products that works really well. We will be getting Merzerna for some trials in the next couple of weeks to test it out.

Anyone interested to 'sacrifice' their cars for our trial?
