Juxtaposition of PS3 vs Xbox360 versions:
Gametrailers.com - Grand Theft Auto IV - Comparison Video Gametrailers.com - Grand Theft Auto IV - Comparison Video HD (HD version) IMO Xbox360 wins this round because of Xbox Live and also the game is rendered better (refer to Niko Bellic closeups which are brighter to see more detail, as well as 1'48" into the video where PS3 has very heavy anti-aliasing) It would appear that PS3 has the upper hand on loading times.
