LOL .... Anyone in Singapore with a genuine leg injury will have suddenly made a miraculous recovery by tomorrow.

Reminds me of an incident when I was in Singapore years ago. I had come off a motorcycle on South Bridge Road and somehow managed to avoid being run over. The bike was unrideable but I was OK apart from a bad limp. I decided to leave the bike there and finish the journey on foot, clutching a motorcycle helmet. Didn't get far before I was stopped by some plainclothes coppers, who coincidentally, were on the look-out for a baddie with a limp. It didn't take much to convince them that they had the wrong man. All I had to do was open my mouth.... no self respecting local would speak Singlish that badly.
