I had to chase them over 2 weeks via phone calls n emails, and even then they never directly addressed the issue or apologized / expressed regret even once..
The day before TNP article was published, their insurer called me to apologize and offer to pay for my first GP visit. I mean how sincere is that hey? Insurer apologize.. Till this day still no apology from management, no explanation as to why they did not give me aid.. I dunno else what to say.

In my opinion, the owners/management of the place felt damage to them has already been done because of the newspaper article and as such feels no 'incentive' to make a proper apology/settlement.
You would probably be better off consulting a lawyer and sue for neligence, it may not have to be the horse biting incident(did you have to sign a disclaimer form absolving the management of any responsibilities for injuries)...possibilities include lack of first aid equipment and perhaps trained personel? It will do you good to start a file keeping track of your admission tickets, medical expenses...You must prove a reasonable degree of trauma and extend of your injuries, treatment needed when damages are involved...hope the magistrates take into account the actions or inaction of the managment involved...
I suppose sometimes you feel so low as to want to just forget the whole thing...but the management and people there really has a lot to learn...they should not be blaming you for going to the TNP which I feel they are...
just my humble opinion...
