Tanjong Rhu Condo 4 Sale At $560k

Hi just bought my tanjong rhu condo 2 month ago it a 2 bed room condo with a full view of the swimming pool and a nite view suntec city and conrad hotel .

the reason why i want to sell in 2 month from buying is that i managed to get 1 of the pent house on the same building .. i will not be moving out of the condo just need a bigger space. it is 775 square feet . solid view of suntec city and unblock nite sky as my unit is the top floor of 2 bed room.

the unit number is 07-07 very very nice plus it brought me luck bought in 2 month , change to 6 series cabrio and a bigger house.

tanjong rhu area is going up in price every year , the golf course has open and my unit increase price by 15 k , once the IR is up it will go up again, MRT up it will go up again, the ferries wheel is now in construction , once it up YOU GUESS IT price goes up.

my agent told me that my unit is target to go up to 800k once all facilites are up. tanjong rhu has no more unit in the area.

anyone keen let me know asap

bank frown when they see the amount of loan in my name hee hee, i dont want to have 3 major liability on me , rental in the area is 2.6k for my unit. only keen to see anyone interested let me know , once i sign the exclusive with my agent i will need to give 1 % to agent . i dont want too much loan in my name plus i am not greedy to have so many unit. interested parties call me ((((((i will be shifting to next block only so it safe to buy cos nothing bad happen to me plus i am not moving out of the condo )))))

which condo is that? i am actually looking around that area. However, 776sq ft might be a bit small.

its the one that is the most prominent when you are on the Sheares bridge Mark... view is amazing from there... all angles... swee swee...

Bro, u may wish to let people know whether it is leasehold (if yes, 99, 999yrs etc) or freehold and what is the monthly maintenance like (both mgt and sinking funds).

Not all at Tanjong Rhu are leasehold though the majority are. Back in my house-hunting days, I recalled Parkshore and Waterside being freehold.

Hmmm... Tanjong Rhu is indeed a better area to invest in than say, Loyang...

S$560K is a fair price to pay for a 2-rms unit in the area.
