Sure, Tanjong Rhu is a nice location. If you want more exposure, advertise in ST where you get alot more people eyeballing your advertisement.

No point trying to oversell it here. If Tanjong Rhu is such a hot stretch, there wldn't be unsold units at WaterPlace etc as pointed out by TripleM.

The more u try to oversell it here in the forum, the less likely u will sound believable.

not trying to oversell, just trying to make a point to totoseow, water place still got unsold units , are mainly the 900k and 1 million up units,

i agrue point to point, on what was thrown at me, buyers can still do research on the area

it all started with choping ,,, if you read it up.

it pointless to agrue , type big letters cos was playing C&C online while surfing, that why typing came fast.

At times the Developers keep certain units that are leftover from a project and try to sell them after TOP as prices of developments normally rise slightly after TOP. Another reason could be that Developers are unwilling to let go leftover units at lower prices and are keeping them to 'let go slowly' at the right pricing as they have already recupertated whatever costing during the launches at the first 2 phases. Hence leftover units should not be seen as a determining factor of the popularity of an estate, for this instance, it will be Tanjong Rhu in question. Don't be so hard on the poor chap.
