u posted a thread in a discussion forum...i am contributing from another perspective. buyers beware, we all know that. just wanna offer another perspective. if u just wanna post without anyone having their take...then try straits times classified ads. no one can reply you. to help u along....pls post the recent caveats lodge on your condo. info can be attained from the ura website. i guess that wud justify and hopefully help show why your asking price is reasonable. i noticed in a space of 2 days ur condo went up by 15k. thats a cool 2.67%. 40% in 1 mth? 487% in 1 yr! just hang on to it mate, u gonna beat bill gates as the richest man in 5 yrs. |

price is neg, what my agent tell me after the news announcement my agent told me price up. i have advertise in paper, i said clearly tanjong rhu, you bring to holland road property and farrer road property, the price reflect the sentiments , ever BUY A PROPERTY AND THE FOLLOWING MONTH PRICE WENT UP OR WENT DOWN,, IT MOTIVATED BY WHAT HAS HAPPEN. I BOUGHT MY FIRST PROPERTY AT 758K AND WITHIN 3 YEARS IT DROP TO 498K , WHO TO BLAME , THE BUYER , THE SELLER, IT THE MARKET SENTIMENTS, NOTHING I CAN DO, SO WHICH GUY HAS NEVER BUY A PROPERTY THAT WENT UP IN PRICE UPON A GOOD NEWS RELEASE SO WHICH GUY HAS EVER SELL A PROPERTY AT A LOSE UPON A BAD NEWS RELEASE. I CLEARLY STATED THAT REASON WHY AREA PRICE GOES UP ,, NEWS WAS NOT RELEASE BY ME ,, IT BY THE GOVERNMENT... IF THE GOVERNMENT WANTS TO BUILD THE CASINO AT WOODLANDS , PROPERTY PRICES WILL RISE TOO... PROPERTY PRICES HAS RISE AT PASIR RIS, BECAUSE OF THE NEW IKEA ,, CAN WE GO AND ASK THEM TO SELL THE UNIT AT THE PRICE BEFORE THEY RELEASE THAT A NEW IKEA IS GOING TO BE BUILD. MY FRIEND JUST POCKET A 1MILLION PROFIT FROM THE EN BLOC OF AMBER VILLE, CAN I ASK HIM TO SELL THE UNIT TO ME AT THE TIME WHEN HE BOUGHT IT AT 500K 3 YEARS AGO. I CANT, THE UNIT IS 22-06 HE IS LAUGHING WHOLE DAY N NITE THESE DAYS , DID HE EXPECT TO POCKET 1 MILLION IN 3 YEARS TIME WHEN HE BOUGHT THE UNIT, NO HE WAS JUST THINKING OF STAYING THERE, CALL IT LUCK OR WHAT EVER, PEOPLE HAS BOUGHT HDB AT UNDER 100K, LESS THAN 3 YEARS IT RISE UP TO 200K , CAN WE ASK THE SELLER TO SELL BACK AT 100K , WE CANT , IT THE MARKET SENTIMENTS, IF SENTIMENTS IS GOOD , IT GOES UP, IF THERE ARE FAVOURABLE FACTOR THAT PUSH UP THE PRICE, WE CANT DO ANYTHING. ****NEWS RELEASE AND BLUE PRINT OF THE GARDEN WAS NOT DRAWN UP BY ME, IT BY THE GOVERNMENT, I DIDNT KNOW THEY WILL RELEASE THE NEWS 2 DAYS AFTER I POSTED THE ADS, WHAT CAN I DO,***** I AM NOT WORKING FOR THE GOVERNMENT WHEN THEY WANT TO RELEASE THE NEWS OF THE NEW GARDEN I DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHEN. CAN WE GO TO A CAR DEALER AND BANG TABLE AND SAY I WANT THE PRICE OF COE LAST MONTH WHERE IT IS LOWER. THIS IS FROM CHANNEL NEWS ASIA Certificate of Entitlement prices have again risen, continuing the uptrend over the past few bidding exercises. COEs for goods vehicles and buses shot up sharply by more than 40 percent to reach S$15,201 - an increase of S$4,395. Observers say this is part of a last-minute dash to buy vans and trucks before a new emission standard kicks off from October. Vehicles which comply with the new standard will cost 20 to 50 percent more than the current models. The COE price in the Open category climbed by more than S$1,500 to $15,200, the highest in nearly half a year. Smaller increases were registered in the other categories - COEs for cars above 1,600cc cost S$811 more at $14,701 - a 10-month high, while those for cars up to 1,600cc went up by S$14 to S$13,003. TO SAY I UP THE PRICE JUST LIKE I FEEL LIKE IS TOTALLY WRONG another reason why i say i didnt want to offend people, is i knew for sure someone would start an agrument on the thread, i have handed the matters to my property agent, she will handle the calls for me, we cant stop the market from going up, we can only see if we want to buy at this point in time or choose to buy at another timing, this is a gamble one has to take, it could go up if nothing happens, or down if shit happens WHEN THE BANKS WANT TO RAISE INTEREST ON LOAN, WHAT CAN WE DO JUST PAY, SAME THING IF AT THIS QUARTER PROPERTY GOES UP , PAY AT THIS CURRENT PRICE, IF PRICES GOES FURTHER UP , WE BANG COS WE DIDNT BUY EARLIER IF IT GOES DOWN, WE SMILE COS WE SAVE ON MONEY, UP OR DOWN , WE DONT KNOW, BUT FROM ALL FACTORS IT GOING UP.
