I must admit I am abit sceptical. My mantra is "If it ain't broken, dun fix it". Perhaps time will prove me wrong and this rating system will turn up well. In Govt, they will call this a "pilot" project and if it dun fly, they ground it subsequently.

Thanks andy for putting into words my exact sentiments... just couldnt find that politically correct phrase...

"pilot" sounds perfect..
