try the piaas then....me using em...a bit ex but its sure way better than the usual taiwan ones

they do led for fog? used them for headlights b4 one got blown.

actually its not led specially for fogs. i'm not talking abt led panels either.
what i am referring to are bulb to bulb direct replacement, i dunno if they have any for H11s but i think should have. its more like plug n play kinda thing. will keep my eyes opened for such stuff for ya bro..
