Anyone here change the exhaust system for E90 323i

commonly available, sebring seems to be the loudest. there are remus and supersprint applications available as well.

i was watching my wife parking my E90 323i yesterday and that was the first time i listen to it and I thot it sounds pretty good

From what I am told, the e90 323 has only the Supersprint that is LTA approved, the others are not. I have been pondering this subject for awhile too. If anyone has more/better info, please share with us.

Are these meant for sound effects only or it actually increases the HP??

OK so I went down to Fong Kim, Man and Jeep Chee in the last two days and found out that there are no LTA approved exhausts for the 323 at this stage. They have for 320, 325 and 330. This is what happens when your car model is not available worldwide. The shops all said they will make calls to check for me but I would not hold my breath waiting. Cheers!

i changed to sebring on my e90 320i....the sound is not as bassy as i hope for. sounds like leaking air.....was quite disappointed......

maybe it will sound better on a 6pot 323i.....

Thats sad. I understand that the only other choice for you is the Remus because the Supersprint is also not LTA approved for 320s. Eric from Jeep Chee told me this. Are there other exhausts out there that are approved? Eg Hamann, etc
