Re: auto transmission to manual??

Bengzzz.....yours auto or manual?? hahaha.....

Tubi...u can try asking Guni to find for u and hook up with Collin's to install it lor.
maybe your auto trans can have some sort of contra value hopefully.
and ya, manual definitely more fun than auto....not for lazy lousy drivers like me..wait i throw clutch ah...haha.

just a point to note, its not just trans swap, other stuff such as clutch, flywheel and etc also involved and it should be already covered in the 3k+. impt thing is to find a supplier such as Bro milk where u can ensure that all the parts are available, don't swap halfway then realise short of 1 part or something....that sucks man

Bro i doubt you are able to do it with a budget of $3k with a new clutch set..With my experience in convertion it takes at least $4k to complete it with the internal centre facial..Just in case you encounter any problem during the convertion, i'll be more than happy to assist you..

If you are able to source for all the parts, the convertion should be completed within 3-5 days..
Recently one of our bimmer left his at the workshop for a month on this convertion..

Re: auto transmission to manual??

bro,

did and done for e36 and e46. PM me the engine type, 4-cyl or 6-cyl and i will give your the breakdown which i paid for both to convert.

also, if yours is e36 4-cyl is it 316/318/318is? cos' brakes frt and rear must be and should be upgraded too.

its a whole major work requiring upgrade of your DME and re-programming as well. also, rear-axle work if LSD is needed, etc.

bestest.
