Engine Inspection @50,000km

My car is coming to 50,000km. According to PML service, it'll be due for INSPECTION 1 or something like that. Any bro here send their car for inspection at 50k?

I ditched PML for a long time and i heard J4C has similar package. Does BVO have the same stuff?

60k is your typical oil, oil filter change.

All the workshops have this.

Re: Engine Inspection @50,000km

i just did inspection I in Feb at PML cos it is still under warranty... they replaced my rear axle...

inspection I or II can be done at either Juzz or BVO... no frills...

if your ride is still under warranty, then maybe PML... else J or B is just as good... some of us here swear they are much better and at a fraction of P cost...

i know PML does measure brake pad and disc thickness with a caliper though and they record it down... full traceabilty...

choice is yours...

Re: Engine Inspection @50,000km

u can go to pml......tell them shld they need to replace anything, call u first. then note down the parts and change it outside urself............u will save on labour n parts ...

cos i think their checklist during inpection II is more detailed and i believe they have a certain checklist to follow for each diff inpection

Re: Engine Inspection @50,000km

Ok, Thanks for the info. I'll probably go to BVO. But the problem is I juz serviced my car, oil change, filter, etc. so I'm not sure if i can wait a little longer and ignore the service msg prompt on the computer.
