My BMW.SG Resolution for 2005.
Hi all.
I have a dream, or rather a goal. I told Axl (Our BMW.SG founder...now M.I.A) about 3 years back that i wanted to see at least 100 BMWs and other marques at our monthly meetups. While i think it's hard, it's not impossible. So... This is my aim and goal for BMW.SG(2005). 1. Get BMW.SG mentioned in 5 local car magazines at least twice per year. 2. Local and fun events each mid-month. 3. 150 cars at each meetup, achieved by June 2005. 4. Get vendors to demostrate useful products at our meetups. (special discounts too) 5. 5000 registered members before end of the year. 6. Organised PML Tech Talks for the forum members at least 3 times a year. 7. Driving trips to Malaysia (or even Thailand) at least three times a year. 8. Recognised by all major BMW workshops in Singapore as "The BMW forum or simply that BMW.SG group/folks/people/clan". 9. A more organised attempt at introducing newcomers to our community forum and organisation of events. 10. A detailed directory of specialised BMW workshops. 11. Find an alternative venue in wet weather. 12. A detailed and information-intensive web & news portal system, that all BMW enthusiasts/owners in Singapore MUST bookmark. (by March 2005) Our BMW.SG Values: Foster a fun loving community which shares and cares for each other. I have already sent the decals to print, and they will be ready in about a week's time. You can collect them at the monthly meetup in Jan! Other print collaterals will be completed soon and distributed to the rest of the BMW workshops in Singapore. I aim to achieve the goals listed above with the help of everyone, and this is where you come in. Click on the "Support The Community!" link above to find out how you can help BMW.SG achieve this goal. The more the merrier! I still have alot to do with the site and portal, and i would appreciate everyone's comments/suggestions/critism/help. Here's wishing everyone a great 2005.
