in a supercar, wouldn't be surprising for them to want to adjust their rates. But can't go more than MR75 right?
I do not believe that not paying the bribe will clean up the country's corrupt practices. As it is a management issue (including pay issues) in that government, merely not paying the bribe will result in more arbitrary prosecutions, much like what we see in Myanmar and Indonesia. It is definitely agreed that if you want to step in the dirt with them, don't scream at dirty practices.
