The next generation BMW X5 due in 2013 is expected to feature more flowing design lines and sculpted surfaces. This new member of the X Series fleet will have a larger and more imposing kidney grille, headlights with LED treatment, and T-shaped taillights. Rumor has it that the new X5 will showcase the ActiveHybrid technology with a 2.0 liter four-cylinder diesel engine for the first time. Ahead of prototypes hitting the road, here is a rendering by Autobild.
