M should be Special. Just like the spa at Boulevard Hotel.
    The V6 brings only advantages!
The only disadvantage is the smoothness. But that can be neglected in a sports car well and who knows the S65 from the current M3 ...
In terms of smoothness, it can not be worse!

Just as interesting as the engine, the car body!
Unlike before, the M3 is not associated with the base-line. It is not the F30-M3, but the F80!
This is because the solid parts of the body have been modified. It very much carbon fiber is used.
It will be located as follows:
    -dashboard
    -Middle-tunnel
    -Back seats
    -parcel shelf
    -fender
    -hood
    -Trunk
    -crash-boxes

This goes under the weight of 1450 Kg, 250 Kg which means savings for E90 M3.
As I listened, should it be felt very clearly on the Nordschleife. You can see that the lap times:
    E46 M3 CSL 8:12 min
    E92 M3 8:05 min
    M3 F80 7:30 min

This puts it in 991 territory, but with more power on tap.. very much looking forward to it if it pans out...

But in Singapore, cylinder count matters. It is common knowledge that the number of cylinders in your car is proportional to the length of your cock. That's why people buy M cars in Singapore. Nobody really goes driving on a B road in Singapore in their M. I think E90/92/93 M3s outsold the E46 M3s because it is a V8 and not inline 6. Of course, BMW is not going to be bothered with our small market, so it will go ahead with the 6 cylinder but uptake of the new M3 will be lower on this island.

It should be "number of cylinders in your car is proportional to the length of your imaginary cock"

Interesting stuffs, but may i ask where did u get this information from? I hope it's from some reliable insider information rite? I have my doubts that the next M3 will be 250kg lighter and pulls a 7:30 Ring time. M don't make such big strides in their cars.

I was rooting for a V6 until official statement put that to rest. I have no attachment for the inline 6 despite its smoothness. It's one heck of a long engine to package. A V6 allows superior packaging and allows the bonnet to be shorter. Not being mechanically balanced like the inline 6 does not seem to have affected the S65 V8 in any negative way. I don't need a creamy smooth engine in an M3. I want a thrilling engine that sends a current through my body. Then again, M3 always use the same chassis as regular 3 series, which in turn is already built for an inline 6 so probably no advantage to go V6.

I predict the weight naturally by the actual weight of an E90 M3. And now weighs about 3,750 lbs once (1,700 kg)!
An F30-335i is a curb weight of 3480 lbs (1,580 kg) and by the massive use of carbon is less than 3,200 lbs (1,450 kg) for the F80 on the scales.

It is a F80 with 3,200 lbs can (1,450 kg) and 480 hp submit same time ...

The M GmbH has a very big problem now ...

The M5 is selling poorly. He is too heavy, too comfortable and too perfect. That makes it boring ...
So far, only 2% of the new M5 have been sold to customers who have previously also an M5 (E60) down.
About 30% of the vehicles were sold to customers who previously drove a Mercedes or Audi ...
About 50% of F10 M5, however, were sold to customers who previously drove a 7 series ... and this is not the target group that should be addressed.

Therefore, BMW will make a virtue of necessity:
The M5 is the quick and easy-glider buisness .... the future, the M3 purebred sports equipment ...

Dude, u are starting to make me feel hopeful towards the next M3 again. I for one, am totally looking forward to a 3.3 litre chopped up S63TU. Do stick around so that when the new M3 is released and it's not what u said here, i can at least whip your ass
