I think the recent change in ruling is now these inported used cars can hv parf benefit when scrap after 10yrs. Wondering how they determine omv for imported used cars since its subjective.

Is there any limit on the age of the used cars overseas????

So I can go out and find a 1999 Evo 6 TM and still register as brand new??

Wil, does that mean you can bring in any car that is less than 3 years old and register as brand new?? From anywhere in the world??

sounds like a con job...this kind of rules. i mean it is not a new car. why allow it to be registered as new?

I don't think its a con job lah, if so LTA sure will start clamping down on this issue already
