Hi.. I'm the uh, gal who got bitten. There's scarring and it still feels bruised, and the skin is flaking off.

Worst is.. altho i went to TNP and stuff, the actual article omitted the most impt point, which is that I'm unhappy with how the management handled it.. I had to chase them over 2 weeks via phone calls n emails, and even then they never directly addressed the issue or apologized / expressed regret even once..
The day before TNP article was published, their insurer called me to apologize and offer to pay for my first GP visit. I mean how sincere is that hey? Insurer apologize..

Till this day still no apology from management, no explanation as to why they did not give me aid.. I dunno else what to say.
